Team Falcons have announced the launch of their new CS2 academy team — FALCONS FORCE, which will be led by Niels Christian “NaToSaphiX” Sillassen. This move is part of Falcons’ long-term strategy to develop young talent in Counter-Strike and build a strong ecosystem around their main roster.

A New Chapter in NaToSaphiX’s Career

The academy will be coached by one of Denmark’s well-known players of the past decade. NaToSaphiX gained recognition through his time with teams such as Sprout, HEROIC, and Complexity. In recent years, he transitioned into coaching — from March 2024 to June 2025, he served as the head coach of the women’s team NIP Impact, where he gained valuable experience in developing emerging talent.

His return to the men’s scene in a new role marks a natural progression in his career. With FALCONS FORCE, he will focus on mentoring promising young players and building a structure capable of producing talent for the Falcons’ main squad and the global CS2 stage.

Support From the Community and Fellow Players

The announcement of NaToSaphiX’s new role was met with a warm response on X (Twitter). Under the post on his official page, several players and community figures expressed their excitement and support for his coaching journey.

Notably, Gusτavo Aroso wrote: “I’m so happy for you brother :)”,

austin added: “this is my chance”,

and Bulgarian veteran SPELLAN commented: “Congrats brother.”

This reaction shows that NaToSaphiX’s appointment is not only well received by fans but also by the broader professional scene.

FALCONS FORCE — A Platform for Future Stars

The creation of an academy team aligns with the growing trend among top CS2 organizations to invest in youth development. Falcons aim to not only support the next generation but also to establish a clear development pipeline, where young players can grow under the guidance of an experienced mentor.
