On the night of May 14, Valve released a new update for Counter-Strike 2 which, despite its brevity, has major implications for the game’s balance. The patch addresses several key areas — from game economy to visual improvements. The headline fix is the patching of a money refund bug, widely known in the community as the Scout Refund Exploit.
