Russian organization BetBoom has officially signed two players — Artem “ArtFr0st” Kharitonov from PARIVISION and Daniil “d1Ledez” Kustov from 9 Pandas. Notably, ArtFr0st already played for the team as a stand-in at the recent FISSURE Playground 1 tournament, where BetBoom reached the semi-finals and placed 3rd–4th.
Ax1Le’s track record
Sergey “Ax1Le” Rykhtorov is a Russian rifler known for his time with successful lineups like Gambit Esports and Cloud9. He was twice included in HLTV’s Top 20 players of the year — finishing 5th in 2021 and 4th in 2022. He joined BetBoom in January 2025, but over more than half a year, the team failed to achieve significant results. At BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, the squad finished 23rd–24th, while at the CCT Season 2 Global Finals, they placed 3rd with a $20,000 prize.
During his time with BetBoom, Ax1Le earned just over $20,000 — significantly less than during his previous stints.
ArtFr0st and d1Ledez replace zorte and Ax1Le
Artem “ArtFr0st” Kharitonov showcased solid performance at FISSURE Playground 1, where the team made it to the semi-finals but lost 0–2 to Astralis. He posted a personal rating of 1.13 at the event and played a key role in helping BetBoom reach the playoffs. He will replace Aleksandr “zorte” Zagodyrenko, who was benched earlier this month.
d1Ledez has been out of action since April, when 9 Pandas benched their entire roster following a 2–3 run at the European MRQ. However, his individual stats over the past three months are impressive: 84.4 ADR and a 1.29 rating. He will take Ax1Le’s spot in the starting five for BetBoom.
What’s next for BetBoom?
BetBoom have made a bold move by betting on young reinforcements while benching one of the most recognized players in the CIS scene. ArtFr0st and d1Ledez have every chance to breathe new life into a team that has been showing unstable results. Whether this new lineup can achieve more — only the upcoming tournament schedule will tell.
