Can I use Steam wallet funds to open cases on this site?
Steam Money are not appropriate on this site. You should fill up the balance on Skin.Club directly.
I have filled up the balance but money didn't get transferred to my profile. What should I do?

Before opening Cases
Be sure to check if you are able to trade on Steam, otherwise our robot will not be able to send you your items. Open your inventory, make sure there is no trade ban and it is at least 7 days after the password had been changed.
Protect yourself from scams
Everyone pretending to be “administrator”, “moderator” or “trade bot” of Skin.Club is a scammer - we will never send you screenshots of our control panel or add you on Steam for purposes of trading your items. We will never send you any files.
I have opened the case, how can I withdraw my item?
Go to your profile and click the "Send" button on the item of your interest, once the trade offer is ready click "Get" button which will redirect you directly to the trade on Steam.
Partnership
Do you have a YouTube channel? Do you have over 10,000 followers? Views on your video start at 5,000? Then email us at - partner@skin.club
How does Upgrade work?
Select one or more skins of Skin.Club inventory on the left to upgrade them and receive the more expensive one. Pick a desired skin on the right browsing the suggested ones or using sorting. Then click the UPGRADE ITEMS button. Successful upgrade's chance depends on the output-input ratio and varies from 1 to 80%. The less difference between the price of your skins and the price of the desired skin, the more probability of upgrade success.
Why do I need to pass the verification and how do I do it?
Verification helps us ensure that all users are 18 years or older and keeps the platform safe and fair for everyone. It’s quick and easy — just upload a clear photo of your valid passport, ID card, or driver’s license.
Your information is securely handled and used only to confirm your age and identity.
For more details, go to your Profile and check the Verification tab.

Package Offers
Package Offers are limited-time deals that provide curated bundles of items such as cases, skins, promo codes, or deposit bonuses. They're tailored to different budgets and offer more value than a standard deposit.
Depending on the offer, a Package Offer can contain:
Each offer comes with a fixed price and a set bonus value, which varies by offer tier.
The bonus value is the total additional value you receive from the offer, compared to the deposit alone. For example, if an offer priced at $50 includes $55 worth of skins and bonuses, the value is 10%. This is not a promocode/refill bonus, discount or cashback , but rather an indication of the added content you receive.
Note: Most Package Offers are available for a limited time. Some may expire after a short window (e.g., 12 hours), or become unavailable once usage caps are reached.

What is Steam’s “Trade Protection” and what happens if I reverse a trade?
Steam has introduced a new 7-day “Trade Protection” feature, which lets users reverse or cancel trades they’ve made — including item withdrawals from Skin.Club.
Please note: Once you click on Trade Reversal, Steam will automatically cancel all trades made within the past 7 days — even if you intended to reverse only one. All items involved will be returned to their previous owners’ Steam accounts.
If you reverse a withdrawal using this feature:
The item will be removed from your Steam inventory.
It will not be refunded or re-credited to your Skin.Club balance.
Your Steam account will be restricted from trading and using the Community Market for 30 days — this is Steam’s own security policy.
We understand this update can be confusing. Unfortunately, once a trade is reversed, Skin.Club cannot resend or refund the item.
For full details, see Steam’s article here: Steam FAQ on Trade Protection
Why is my skin deposit on hold for 8 days?
Following a recent Steam security update, all trades involving CS items are now subject to a 7-day “Trade Protection” period. This feature allows users to reverse any skin trades made during that timeframe.
To maintain a safe and transparent experience for everyone — and to continue offering skin payments — deposits made with skins are now temporarily on hold for 8 days before being added to your Skin.Club balance.
Before completing a skin deposit:
To check the status of your pending deposit:
Once the 8-day hold period ends — and the trade hasn’t been reversed — your funds will automatically be added to your balance and appear in your Deposit tab with a Success status.
What do Adrenaline Levels mean, and how can I use them?
Adrenaline Level is an informational indicator, calculated as the ratio of the likelihood of case containing desirable skins to the cost of the case. This level is automatically determined based on the details of the case. There are four levels in total: LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH, and CRAZY. Adrenaline Level is provided for informational purposes only and does not affect or guarantee any outcome.
How do I sign in to Skin.Club?
To use Skin.Club, you need to sign in to your account. Click Sign In and choose one of the available login methods. Before signing in, you must confirm that you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and that you are at least 18 years old.
You can sign in using Steam or Google. Both methods allow you to create and access your Skin.Club account.
If you sign in for the first time with Google, a new Skin.Club account will be created automatically. The system will assign a random nickname and avatar - these are generated by Skin.Club and are not taken from your Google profile. If you sign in with Google again later, you will simply log in to the same Skin.Club account that was created with your Google email.
When you sign in with Google, Skin.Club receives only basic profile information such as your email address, display name, and profile photo. This data is used for authentication and account management purposes only. Your nickname and avatar on Skin.Club are generated randomly and are not pulled from your Google account. No passwords, contacts, files, or other personal data from your Google account are accessed. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
No. Your Google account and Steam account on Skin.Club are completely separate accounts. Your balance, bonuses, inventory, transaction history, and any other data from your Steam account will not carry over to a Google account, and vice versa. There is currently no way to merge or sync data between accounts created with different sign-in methods.
No, this feature is not available yet. Your nickname and avatar were generated by Skin.Club when your account was created and cannot be changed at this time.
After signing in with Google, most features of Skin.Club are available to you. However, there are some differences compared to Steam users. Participation in Free Case Giveaway is not available. Your profile will not display a Steam badge or a link to a Steam profile. To pay with skins or withdraw skins, you will need to add and verify your Steam Trade URL (see the Steam Trade URL section below).
What is a Steam Trade URL and why do I need it?
A Steam Trade URL is a unique link tied to your Steam account. It is required for two key features on Skin.Club: paying with skins (topping-up by skins from your Steam inventory) and withdrawing skins (receiving skins to your Steam inventory). Without a Trade URL, these features are not available.
Yes, but you must first add and verify your Steam Trade URL. Trade URL verification is required for all skin withdrawals. During verification, you will be asked to log in to your Steam account so that Skin.Club can confirm that the Trade URL belongs to you. This ensures that skins are always sent to the correct, verified Steam account.
When you attempt to withdraw skins for the first time, you will see a verification pop-up. Enter your Trade URL and click "Verify by Steam." You will be redirected to Steam's login page. After logging in, Skin.Club will check that the SteamID in your Trade URL matches the Steam account you just logged into. If everything matches, your Trade URL is marked as verified and withdrawals become available.
The Steam accounts used for skin payments and withdrawals are determined by their respective Trade URLs and may technically be different. However, each Trade URL you provide must belong to you — you are responsible for confirming ownership of any Steam account linked to your Skin.Club profile. Each Trade URL must also be unique and cannot already be linked to another Skin.Club account. We strongly recommend using the same verified Steam account for both payments and withdrawals to avoid issues with trade offers and verification.
You can add or update your Steam Trade URL in Profile Settings, the Skin Payment window, the Withdrawal window, the verification pop-up shown during your first withdrawal, or on your Profile page by clicking the Trade URL button.
Yes, but you can only change your Trade URL once every 30 days. If you attempt to change it again within that period, you will see the message: "You can only change your trade URL once every 30 days." Additionally, if you have a pending on-hold skin payment, your Trade URL cannot be changed for 8 days. After changing a previously verified Trade URL, the new one will require verification again before you can withdraw skins.
You may encounter the following errors. "Invalid Trade URL format" means the URL you entered does not match the expected format — please double-check and try again. "This Trade URL is already linked to another Steam account" means the Trade URL is already in use by another Skin.Club account. "This Trade URL is outdated" means you have regenerated your Trade URL in Steam — please copy the new one from your Steam settings and try again.
