The tournament will take place in Shanghai from October 14 to 19, featuring a $1,000,000 prize pool. Group Stage (October 14–16)

- 16 teams split into two groups
- Group winners advance directly to the semifinals
- Teams placing 2nd and 3rd advance to the quarterfinals
Playoffs (October 17–19)
- Single-elimination bracket
- Quarterfinals, semifinals, and third-place match: BO3
- Grand Final: BO5
