• Skin.Club reserves the right to verify participant’s age at its discretion through a third-party service. This check will be done according to the Terms of Service to confirm that the participant is at least 18 years old.
• Should any breach of these rules be identified, Skin.Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of the non-compliant participant, revoke any rewards (if applicable), and transfer the prize to an alternate winner.

• Participants must sign in with their Steam account to be eligible to participate in the Giveaways.
• Participants are required to provide their Steam Trade Link (URL) by accessing their Steam Trade Offers and copying the URL from the "Third-Party Sites" section at the bottom of the page. Participants must be logged into their Steam account to complete this step.
• Participants must provide their Skin.Club Profile Link by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner to open their profile page on Skin.Club, and then copying the URL from the browser’s address bar.
• Once successfully logged in, participants can enter any available Giveaways listed on the page.
• To enter a Giveaway, participants must obtain a ticket. To receive a ticket, participants need to make a deposit of at least the minimum amount specified for each Giveaway, using the designated promo code. The minimum deposit required may vary for each Giveaway.
• Each Giveaway may have a limit on the maximum number of tickets a participant can obtain.
• After successfully registering for a Giveaway, participants will receive a confirmation email to their email address.

• To participate in the Giveaway, participants must follow the instructions specified for each individual giveaway.
• Prizes may differ for each Giveaway.
• Each Giveaway will have its own start and end date.
• Winners will be selected randomly using a script based on a random number generator function, among participants who have successfully completed all requirements of the Giveaway. For Giveaways with tiered prizes, the winner of the second-tier prize will be chosen randomly, excluding the winner of the first-tier prize. This process will be applied to any additional tiers excluding the winners from the previous tires.

• In the event of a win, participants must log in through Steam to claim their prizes.

• In case any unexpected events occur, Skin.Club reserves the right to change the rules, details, or conditions of the Giveaways. Any updates will be reflected in the relevant Giveaway.
• Participants' personal data may be used for purposes such as prize distribution, winner announcements, or marketing. All personal data will be processed in accordance with Skin.Club’s Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other relevant policies.
• Skin.Club shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from participation in the Giveaways due to circumstances beyond its control.
• In cases of misconduct, fraud, manipulation, or any other deceitful or fraudulent activities related to the Giveaway, Skin.Club reserves the right to immediately terminate the Participant’s agreement, exclude from further participation, and block or restrict such account without prior notice until the situation is resolved.
